PSYCHOTHERAPY
Analytical Psychology
I provide a confidential and thoughtful space for those facing emotional difficulties, times of uncertainty, or a deeper search for meaning.
You may be coming to therapy with specific concerns—such as difficulties in relationships, depression, or anxiety. Or you might feel a more general sense of emptiness, confusion, or a lack of meaning or direction in life, and want to understand that more deeply.

This approach doesn’t offer quick fixes. Instead, it invites a slower, more reflective process—one that allows space for what may feel unclear, contradictory, or difficult to express.

In our sessions, I listen with close attention to what is spoken, and to what may remain unspoken. Together, we follow the threads that gradually take shape. You’ll be met with care, patience, and the space to move at a pace that feels right for you.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you are warmly invited to get in touch. We can arrange an initial meeting to explore what has brought you here and discuss how we might work together—either in person or online.
