Initial Consultation

Therapy will begin with an initial consultation to understand your current situation, history, and needs. This session helps establish a picture of how best to support you and provides an opportunity to discuss the therapy process and address any questions you may have.

My Approach

Facing emotional and psychological challenges can feel overwhelming. Rather than offering direct advice, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. This space fosters the development of greater self-awareness, paving the way for meaningful change and personal growth.
While the therapeutic process can be challenging, it is often deeply rewarding—bringing relief, new insights, and lasting transformation.

Session Information

I offer sessions one to three times per week, either in person in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, or online. Each session lasts 50 minutes and occurs regularly. This consistency supports engagement with more complex or deeply rooted emotional difficulties.
