PSYCHOTHERAPY AND ANALYTICAL PSYCHOLOGY

Psychodynamic psychotherapy and analytical psychology is an in-depth approach that helps to explore and better understand our inner world and how it shapes our thoughts and feelings. It looks at how past experiences and unconscious thoughts can impact the way we feel and act in the present.

You may come to therapy with a specific concern, such as bereavement, relationship difficulties, or work-related issues.  But sometimes, the reasons are less clear - you might feel depressed without knowing why, or feel stuck and life may feel overwhelming.  For this reason, therapy varies in length for different people.

Facing these struggles can be daunting. Rather than giving advice, I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to talk through and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. A space to deepen self-awareness, enabling change and personal growth. While challenging at times, this process is rewarding, often bringing relief and leading to new perspectives and lasting change.

I offer sessions at a frequency of one to three times a week.  Each session lasts 50 minutes and occurs regularly.  This regularity aids in engaging with complex and deep-rooted difficulties.
