“The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases.”
― C.G. Jung.
About psychotherapy
People seek therapy for many different reasons. You might have a specific issue in mind, such as bereavement, stress or difficulties in your relationships. Depression, anxiety or low self-esteem. Alternatively, your reasons may be less defined; you could be experiencing a general feeling of sadness, hopelessness, or a lack of meaning and purpose in your life. Whatever the case may be, psychotherapy can help at any stage of life.

INITIAL STEPS
If you would like to enquire further, please call and leave a message with your contact details or email me. You can also use the contact form on this website. We will then arrange to meet for an initial consultation where you can tell me what is troubling you. We can think about how we can work together and if this is the right treatment for you, and if not, we can think about what might be best for you at this time.
