PSYCHOTHERAPY
Analytical Psychology

I offer a confidential and thoughtful space for people who are struggling with their emotional life, or for those who are curious about themselves and want to understand their experience more deeply.

You may come to therapy with something specific, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, or experiences that feel overwhelming. Or you may notice a more general sense of unease, disconnection, or uncertainty about your direction in life.

My approach is curious, attentive, and reflective. I offer space to explore what is happening for you, including thoughts and feelings that may feel unclear, contradictory, or difficult to put into words.

In our work together, I listen closely to what you bring, while also paying attention to what may be harder to express. Over time, we can begin to understand the patterns and experiences that sit beneath current difficulties.

Therapy is not about judgement or advice, but about making sense of your experience with someone alongside you.

If you would like to explore working together, you are welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation. We can talk about what has brought you here, with sessions available in person or online.
