PSYCHOTHERAPY
Analytical Psychology
I offer a confidential and thoughtful space for those experiencing emotional difficulties, periods of uncertainty, or a deeper search for meaning.

You may be coming to therapy with specific concerns—such as difficulties in relationships, anxiety, or depression. Or you may be living with a more general sense of emptiness, confusion, or a lack of direction, and wish to explore this more fully.

My approach is reflective and attentive, providing space to engage with thoughts and feelings that may feel unclear, contradictory, or difficult to put into words.

In our work together, I listen closely to what is spoken, and to what may remain unspoken. Over time, we follow the threads that begin to take shape. You will be met with care, patience, and respect for your own pace.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you are warmly invited to get in touch to arrange an initial meeting, where we can explore what has brought you here and discuss how we might work together—either in person or online.
